Toni Cramond

As a native Houstonian, Toni has extensive knowledge of the city and is well-versed in the attributes that make the city unique. Toni earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The University of Houston Downtown, and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University. As a former educator with over 15 years of experience, Toni possesses the necessary skills to be strategic, problem-solve efficiently, and be an effective advocate on behalf of her clients. As a real estate professional, Toni prides herself on being an attentive listener, providing stellar service, building lasting relationships with her clients, her attention to detail, guiding her clients through every step of the home buying or selling process, and making each transaction as seamless and as stress-free as possible. In her free time, Toni enjoys spending time with her family and her Goldendoodle puppy, Teddi, going to brunch, cycling, and planning parties and events. Toni also makes time to volunteer at local schools, as well as through The Junior League of The Woodlands and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
